There is no maintenance required and it is easy to install and use.
- Can the sanitisation be harmful to humans or animals?
The sanitisation is safe for all occupants. The Purifier technology releases negative ions which are harmless to both humans and animals.
- How long does a complete vehicle interior sanitisation cycle last?
The sanitising cycle starts automatically (without user intervention) each time the ignition is turned on and continues until the buffer battery lasts after the user has turned off the car ignition (a time that varies between 10 and 40 minutes from turning off the ignition).
- How often do the filters on the OCTO PurePlace Car Purifier need to be replaced?
PurePlace Car has no filters.
- Is OCTO PurePlace Car compatible with all car models?
Yes, due to the availability of adapters in the package which allow you to power the device in multiple modes thus covering all car models.
- How can the Purifier be cleaned?
OCTO Pure Place Car can be cleaned with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use chemicals such as gasoline, thinners, decontaminating powder or detergents to clean the product. This could be harmful to the Purifier.
- Where does the sanitisation take place?
Sanitisation takes place in the passenger compartment both in the air as well as on surfaces that are exposed to the air.
- Can I use PurePlace Car on trucks or buses?
No, the PurePlace Mini solution (33 m2) is recommended for this use.
